Every year, London Fashion Weekend highlights the most important looks we should be leaning toward in the next few months. From trends and catwalks to new emerging designers, new make-up and hair looks, this year was again a brilliant opportunity for everyone to be part of what London’ s unique fashion and style is all about.
This year main catwalk events included non other than the looks from ISSA, Christopher Raeburn, House of Holland and Peter Pilotto. Since that I am a special admirer of their clothes, designs and innovations, choosing whose runway I should focus on was a very easy job: Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, of course.
This very international duo (Pilotto is half-Austrian, half-Italian and De Vos is half-Belgian, half-Peruvian) know how to dazzle with their designs on a yearly basis. Their fusion of cultures is certainly presented on the catwalk through lavishing details, geometrics, luxe fabrics and hyper prints. In recent years they were awarded for their talent on numerous occasions, including the British Fashion Council/VOGUE Fashion Fund in 2014.
