Pinboard – December 2015

I don’t know about you but I was quite happy when the cold northern wind hit this week. It was about time to get those wonderful bold-coloured coats out of the wardrobe. Every year (December to be precise) we dance to the same spending song and every year we pretend we don’t do it. Yet, the real truth is that we just can’t wait for December and its glorious sales.

I bet I know where each one of you will be and what will you be doing in the next few weeks. Oh yes, besides the neverending coffees, cakes and catch-up lunches, the Christmas shopping is a pure MUST. Credit cards will reach their screaming points and you will be dreading it all when the new year starts. But the minute you turn to your wardrobe and get a glance of some wonderful pieces you managed to get, the pressure will normalize.

So what should you focus on? Grab something folky, wrap up in some quality wool pieces, jazz it up with some tweed and gold, and finish it with a cartoon. Now go on, you know you want to!
